Last updated: February 10, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Eats4Good website, city subdomains, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. About the Platform
Eats4Good is operated by Redbud Works LLC ("Redbud Works"). Eats4Good is a community-driven platform that connects diners with restaurants and breweries donating to local nonprofits. We surface charity dining events through a community event calendar organized by city. Eats4Good is a discovery and community platform — we are not a party to any donation, transaction, or relationship between venues and nonprofits.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features (submitting events, voting, saving favorites), you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others.
- Promptly update your information if it changes.
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User-Generated Content
You may submit content to the Platform, including event submissions, event images, and votes ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:
- Grant Eats4Good a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating the Platform.
- Represent that you own or have the rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.
- Acknowledge that submitted events are subject to review and approval before being published.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines at our sole discretion.
Copyright complaints: if you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please contact us with a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing material on the Platform, and your contact information. We will review and respond to valid complaints in accordance with applicable law.
5. Community Guidelines
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent event information.
- Impersonate any person, venue, or nonprofit organization.
- Use the Platform to promote events unrelated to charitable dining or community benefit.
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
- Attempt to manipulate voting, karma, or other community metrics.
- Use automated means to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform without our written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or other users' experience.
6. Votes and Karma
The Platform features a voting and karma system to help the community surface the best events. Karma is earned through constructive participation such as submitting events, voting, and other community activities. Karma scores are visible on your public profile. We reserve the right to adjust karma calculations and remove votes or karma earned through abuse or manipulation.
7. Venue and Nonprofit Relationships
Eats4Good lists venues and nonprofits based on community-submitted information. We do not:
- Guarantee the accuracy of venue or nonprofit information listed on the Platform.
- Verify that donations advertised by venues are actually made.
- Serve as a party to any financial transaction between venues, nonprofits, and diners.
- Endorse any particular venue, nonprofit, or event.
Users should independently verify event details and donation claims before participating.
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its original content (excluding User Content), design, features, and functionality are owned by Eats4Good and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without our written permission.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
