Armed with their extensive knowledge of the central Texas food system and passion for protecting the green spaces of Austin, Farmer Becca Seiler and Chef Spencer Brown started a farm to focus on the first step in delicious food - healthy soil.
On April 29, they will present a 15-course O-Inari omakase experience with produce from their own garden, the food bank, ingredients from local partners, and sustainably sourced fish, all paired with cocktails in our beautiful on-site garden.
